At Bromsgrove Engine Services we offer a wide range of engine reconditioning services for all types and makes of vehicle, from cars, both petrol & diesel, new and classic, to heavy goods and even agricultural vehicles.
We also supply pre-built engines complete with fully reconditioned gearboxes, which will be correctly suited to the output of the engine itself.
Engine Reconditioning and Rebuilds
Using our 18 years experience and the facilities we have gained in that time, all repairs can be carried out in-house ensuring quality is met every time.
With our fully equipped workshop, we can offer the following services:
Cylinder Head
- Full unleaded head conversions, including gaskets and seals
- Valves and seat recutting
- Cylinder head refacing
- Cylinder head pressure testing
- Head gasket renewal
Engine Block
- Engine block pressure testing
- Reboring, refacing and honing
- Journal oilway cross drilling
- Extra stud holes & center main strap
- Omega pistons – Kent Cams – Vandervell bearings
Crankshaft
- Crankshaft regrinds
- Crank web wedging
- Comprehensive crankshaft grinding/polishing facilities
Gearbox
- Gearbox rebuilds, standard & bespoke
- 4-pin differentials & L.S.D.'s for competition use
- Choice of helical or straight cut gears for better power transference
